Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you create and use a HINT workspace.

What HINT does

HINT prepares you to make a hiring decision. It reads the resumes in your pool, sets out what distinguishes candidates and what is worth probing at interview.

HINT does not decide who is hired, and its output is not a substitute for your own judgement. Every hiring decision remains yours.

Your account and workspace

Your responsibilities for candidate data

You confirm you will give candidates notice before uploading their resumes, and that you will handle their data lawfully under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Acceptable use
