HINT is currently offered as a free trial. This short notice explains how we handle your account and the résumés you upload. A full privacy policy will replace it before paid accounts open.

Who we are
HINT is built and operated by Mindflux Technology Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia.
What we hold
- Your account details: your name, work email and company name.
- The résumés you upload, and the briefings HINT writes from them.
- Basic usage events (for example, that a screening was started). These never include names, emails or résumé content.
Your résumés stay confidential
- Résumés are used only to produce the briefings in your own workspace.
- We do not sell résumés or share them with any third party for their own use. They are kept confidential within Mindflux.
- They are processed only by the services that run HINT: our database and file storage (hosted in Sydney, Australia), our application hosting, and the AI model that reads the text to write each briefing.
- Résumés are not used to train AI models. HINT only sends requests to AI providers that do not store or train on the data.
- Only people with access to your workspace can see its candidates. Mindflux staff look at a workspace only when you ask us for help with it.
Deleting your data
You can ask us at any time to delete your workspace and every résumé in it. Email itskabilanraja@gmail.com and we will confirm once it is done.
