How HINT handles your data and the personal data of the candidates you screen.

Your role and ours

You remain the data controller for your candidates’ personal data. HINT processes that data on your behalf and on your instructions, to produce the evaluations you ask for.

What we collect

How we use resumes you upload

Resumes you upload are used only to generate candidate evaluations for you. They are not used to train models and are not shared with other customers.

Your candidates and the PDPA

When you create a workspace you confirm you will give candidates notice before uploading their resumes to HINT.
